I wanted a small lamp for the spare bedroom. We needed a lamp that would fit on the small nightstand. This lamp was the perfect size. It reminds me of the smaller desk lamps or lamps you see on restaurant tables. They provide plenty of light without taking up lots of space. This lamp is so bright.
