Everything came whole! The quality is excellent, delivery 3 weeks to the door! They did not communicate with the seller. Working capacity has not yet checked, I hope everything is OK!

I am not usually one to write reviews, but I have to brag on this light fixture. It pulled our entire dining room together when we added it, and gave the space a warm, chic, yet rustic farmhouse feel. My only recommendations are to have someone strong with you to cut the chains because the light could literally sit on the floor before we reduced the length, and make sure you use some type of coated lightbulb that isnt completely clear, unless you want your space to look like a disco party. Otherwise, we love it!
