Good communication from the provider but I'm still waiting for the parcel. it's getting long... :-( I've ordered the lamps for 1 month now and I'm still waiting for them... the delivery deadline is not respected. I hope they will come soon.

This chandelier is stunning and it's working great so far. The first one we received had chipped paint and the seller was very quick to send us a new one. The second one had a few small scuffs in the paint too, but they aren't noticeable when hanging. I was very impressed with the customer service.
